Nova Legal provides solicitor-led, white-label support services to SRA-regulated law firms, focused on lead and enquiry generation and first-response handling.

We operate entirely behind the scenes, supporting law firms with operational areas that are often resource-heavy or inefficient, while ensuring clear and defensible regulatory boundaries are maintained.

Law firms may engage Nova Legal either to fully manage enquiry generation and first-response handling, or to run separate, fully managed marketing campaigns delivering compliant leads and enquiries directly to the firm.

Nova Legal does not act for consumers, does not provide legal advice, and does not present itself as a law firm. All consumer-facing activity is carried out in the name of, and under the responsibility of, the instructed law firm.

Our role is simple: to help law firms operate more efficiently, with cleaner enquiry pipelines and less internal waste.

WHAT WE DO

End-to-End Support: Enquiry Generation & First-Response Handling

Nova Legal can design and manage marketing activity that generates leads and enquiries and provide a white-label first-response service for those enquiries.

This includes prompt engagement, structured information gathering, and compliant handover to the law firm.

All activity is conducted in the law firm’s name, is non-advisory, and delivered within clearly defined regulatory boundaries. The law firm retains full responsibility for onboarding, advice and ongoing conduct.

Nova Legal works exclusively with SRA-regulated law firms, typically small to mid-sized practices seeking greater efficiency, improved enquiry handling and compliant growth.

FOUNDER & TEAM

Nova Legal is founded and led by Andrew Byrne, a qualified solicitor of nearly 30 years’ standing.

Between 2000 and 2015, Andrew was a founding partner in two law firms.

Since 2015, he has specialised in helping law firms generate, manage and convert leads and enquiries, supported by experienced marketing and first-response teams.
